Our Return Promise
We offer a straightforward 10-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that after this 10-day period, we regrettably cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Original Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary products for hygiene reasons
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software, digital products, or licensed media
Opened multimedia (CDs, DVDs, video games, software, vinyl records)
Select health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued (at our discretion) in certain situations, including:
Items with obvious signs of use or damage not present at delivery.
Items returned with missing parts or components.
Any item not in its original condition.
Books with significant wear and tear.
The Refund Process
Inspection & Notification: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. We will email you to confirm we have received it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval & Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period ([X] business days, depending on your card issuer’s policy).
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend:
Checking your bank account statement again.
Contacting your credit card company, as some processing time is often required.
Reaching out to your bank, as they may have pending transactions.

Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to items purchased at their regular price. Items bought during a sale or promotion are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We gladly replace any item that is defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@jazila-traders.com and mail your item to our returns center:

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted.
For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without a tracking number.
Gift Returns
If your item was a gift purchased directly from our store:
You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return, mailed to you as a certificate once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift-giver first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
